Louise qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and has developed a formidable reputation as an employment law specialist. She has supported schools and trusts for well over a decade and has not only technical knowledge of employment law as it relates to schools, but the ability to support schools in a friendly and accessible manner.
She has worked on complex TUPE issues, conducted investigations into highly contentious grievances and regularly shares her experience with training and seminar events.
