Amy joined the team as a Senior HR Consultant in 2022. Amy is an associate member of the CIPD having completed both Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD qualifications. Prior to joining PHP, Amy worked as a HR Advisor at a multi-academy trust in Devon covering 18 primary schools. This role has given Amy a wide range of casework experience.
Prior to joining the education sector Amy worked as a standalone HR Manager for a small Patisserie business. She also has 5 years’ experience as a clerk to governors for a local Primary school.
