Anna joined the team as Project Manager in 2022.
She has over 18 years experience supporting Senior Executives in delivering key aspects of business strategy and leading on the delivery of People and Organisational change projects. The majority of Anna’s career was spent within the Housing Sector, until 2020 when she moved to the Education sector. Anna has worked on a number of high-profile projects during this time and across various disciplines. Most recently, Anna implemented structures and practices for a Multi-Academy Trust to improve governance processes and trust-wide communications. She seeks to deliver all projects through the lens of a customer service model, developing effective communications strategies and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maximise engagement.
Anna studied towards a CIPD qualification and in 2020, gained CIPD Associate level status. With her knowledge of working within a School’s Trust as well as her business background, Anna brings a level of business support to the team and will be focussed on achieving successful business outcomes, while aligning those with PHP’s values and culture.
